Course closes at 3.5 hours.  Athletes must maintain 16 minute pace.

Through feedback, we are changing the course to be in the reverse. 

• The final stretch where went past the finish to finish will now be in the beginning
• The boat launch open earlier to the public
• Access in/out of the Finger Lakes Welcome Center Lots will be easier
• Barracks Rd is earlier versus later
• Reduce road crossing to minimize community/traffic impacts
